Relaunching the brand
Cisco is short for San Francisco, where our company was founded nearly 40 years ago, and our logo is a representation of the Golden Gate Bridge.
This was a deliberate choice from day one because the bridge is emblematic of what we do. Just as the Golden Gate connects people across a body of water, Cisco’s technology securely connects people and information across a network.
In other words, we are the connection between what our customers hope for and aspire to achieve and what can be.

Since the launch in 2019 this has become the most successful campaign in Cisco’s history.
